Determine whether you're filtering gas or liquid; for liquids, further classify as aqueous, organic solvent, or strong acid/base.
Cross-reference with the compatibility table to verify the membrane will not be dissolved, swelled, or damaged by your medium.
Choose the largest pore size based on retention target (0.22 μm for sterilization, 0.45 μm for clarification, 5 μm for particles, etc.).
Verify temperature, pressure, and sterilization methods are within membrane operating range. Contact us for special requirements.
